Wednesday tomorrow already!
Reminders - please come prepared having completed the quiz. See below. Please, no details, just your thoughts on the subject of teen dating violence and what a healthy versus unhealthy relationship looks like. You will have a written assignment during class on that.
I will also want your opinion on whether the quiz was helpful to you in some way.

1. Keep your RAOK handout front and center. I cannot wait to see what kind of impact 58 people have x10!!! (59 including me)
2. Make sure you have your flash cards with you tomorrow!!! Use your MT Book and keep making your cards from the appendices. Thank you all who brought yours in already!

4. Are you taking incoming calls or make outgoing calls on behalf of your office or facility? Please write in your journal what is said when the phone is answered. When putting someone on hold, Please do not say "Hold on." Instead, say "Would you please hold for a moment?"....wait for the answer. Then let the caller know you'll be right with them. Don't take too long getting back on the line!
