Hello Everyone!
You all looked amazing in uniform today! I am so proud of you all.
ValleyCare AM students: Please have your BADGE with you tomorrow.
All students: Keep the same lanyard issued to you, do not change it out with another. Thank you.
Shirts worn under your uniform: Take it with you on your first day and ask your site for permission to wear it. Make sure it is white, navy or black.
CATEMA:
I am working on getting Med Occs Instructor name registered. Standby for that.
From Tri-Valley ROP:
The units transfer to just about every college in the state of California, outside of California we can't guarantee but it often works.
Student can usually waive classes due to this process.
Here's our week -
TOMORROW 11/14: SKILLS LAB
WEDNESDAY 11/15: TAKE HOME PROJECT DUE and CC Binder Review
THURSDAY 11/16: NO GHS -I will miss you :-( LHS/DHS/AVHS: 1:05
FRIDAY 11/17: GHS: 8:00 TO 10:00 - LHS 10:20 - 12:20 DHS/AVHS: 1:05
Optional FOR GHS (and other schools too)....this is from a teacher at GHS. Consider taking five minutes to do this and your teachers will appreciate it.
So it's that time of year again! If you're not privy to my annual tradition, here's how it works:
1) My kids (okay, they're students) have an activity where they need to write about the high school teacher they are most thankful for.
2) I have nothing to gain (except knowing that something cheered up your day) from this, but I don't let my kids know that I actually give you their letters. I am pleading/begging/groveling/beseeching that you do the same-just treasure the sentiments in your heart (or brag to other teachers) because I don't want them to feel inhibited or be insincere when they write. So let's keep this a huge secret...please
3) I don't choose the teachers that get letters, they do. I know not all teachers are chosen, but I don't want you to feel bad.
4) I'm busily sorting these letters out right now and my T.A. will deliver them to your boxes...
Happy early Thanksgiving!
