Please review the handout "Procedure 4.1 - Communicating with the Anxious Patient" and come in tomorrow ready to turn in attached notes (handwritten neatly or typed and stapled to the handout) of this very specific scenario about why the patients is anxious. Turn in tomorrow.
Example: Patient has come in today to talk about a scheduled surgical procedure.
