HOMEWORK:
1. Gather up the flashcards you've made and the CH. 1 worksheet. It's time for....
FLASHCARD FRENZY FRIDAY!!! Don't be caught without your flashcards!
2. Review your test and highlight any concerns and turn it in to me for review tomorrow.
3. Please imagine what your Inner Critic looks like. Draw a picture of him/her/it. On the same piece of paper, front or back, please imagine and draw what your Inner Guide looks like. Draw a picture of him/her/it. Your inner guide tells you to say...."I am enough", "I am fierce" and "I matter."
I can't wait to see these! You may use a photo or image from an online source as well.....just make sure to check that it is appropriate before turning it in to me. Choose images that really communicate the judgmental inner voice and the inner encouraging voice.
