So Much In Two Weeks!

Dear Students,

I want you all to know that without your commitment, cooperation, honesty, hard work and being humble....Med Occs would not have been off to such a great start.

Don't let us down....keep up the good work.  Ms. Schrieber is counting on us to be the best that we can be!

There will be a test on body planes and directional terms Thurs. 9/7...hmmm....studystack.com????

Work on your flashcards....some of you are way ahead of the game and have a lot done.  Woo Hoo!

Here is what to have ready for Tuesday, 9/5:

1. Three consecutive pulse rates for three days, before you get out of bed. We'll compare that average to your pulse we take in class.  Really do it.  Be honest.  Write them down.

2.  Ask a family member or good friend to listen to your 10 goals, some information from your Life Balance Worksheet and review a few of the suggestions provided.  They may get help too and you can do some of the items on the suggestion sheet together for support.  On TUESDAY, bring in the Self Care Suggestion Sheet, the Life Balance worksheet and the 10 goals. (some of you had to write/finish your 10 goals...do it!)  Print your Learning Style Inventory and bring it in Tuesday as well.  See previous blog for link.

3.  Let me know if you have at least one of the Keenan online assignments done and don't forget....PRINT the certificate of completion at the end of each one!  Keep them in chronological order in a folder and turn them all in 10/30 clipped with a binder clip (no three hole punch or staple). Include the assignment sheet, filled out.  They will be proudly displayed in your portfolio.

4.  I have a "Family Agenda" at the bottom of this blog.  Try it out and take charge of building on your relationships with meaningful dialogue during the meeting.  A lot of you have the goal of enhancing your family relationships.  Everyone gets a voice and don't forget to rotate leadership!

5. Hey Brittany!  You are the "Keeper of the Folder" for Bullard Uniform.  Since you and your group are headed there on Tuesday, please give it to them at the shop.  THANK YOU!

Take care and have a GREAT weekend.

Mrs. Erceg
